Ships within 1-8 Business Days

In-stock orders typically ship from the USA within 1 to 8 business days.

Report Damage Within 48 Hours

Contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the shipping box and damaged items.

Return Approval Required

Please contact Dirty Bee before mailing an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping

We typically ship all in-stock orders within 1–8 business days from the USA. Larger orders (over 50 lbs) may be shipped by freight carrier to ensure they arrive safely.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We know your package sometimes has a long journey to reach you, and unfortunately shipping carriers aren't always as gentle as we'd like.

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Simply email us at info@dirtybeeshop.com with a few photos of the shipping box and the damaged items. We'll do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns

If you need to return an item, reach out to us first. We ask that all returns receive pre-approval before being sent back, as returns shipped without authorization may not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we're unable to cancel it. We kindly ask that you double-check your items and shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we're happy to reship your package once it is returned to us. Any additional shipping costs will simply be the customer's responsibility.
